Infant Feeding Support
Breastfeeding, combination feeding or bottle feeding: practical, non-judgemental support with your feeding goals, whatever they are. I will help you on your feeding journey — everyone needs support. You don't have to do this alone.
How I can help
Before your baby arrives, I'll talk you through what you need to know about feeding, and guide you through colostrum harvesting if you'd like to try it antenatally. Once baby is here, I offer hands-on support with positioning and latch, observing infant feeding cues, paced bottle feeding and general feeding advice, whether you're breastfeeding, combination feeding, exclusively bottle feeding, or still figuring it out. I will also support and guide you if you are expressing breast milk for your baby.
My free weekly baby feeding support circle runs on Tuesdays, 12–2pm. Check out my Instagram for further information, or get in touch there for details.

Reflux, colic & infant allergy
A windy, unsettled or reflux-y baby is exhausting, and these babies and their families are so often forgotten about. I spent over 12 years working as a paediatric nurse specialist with babies and children with food allergy, and I bring that experience into feeding support: helping you make sense of reflux, colic, and possible infant allergy, and what steps might help.
Your feeding journey, supported
Not every breastfeeding journey goes the way you'd hoped, and that's okay. If you're moving to combination feeding, switching to formula, or just need to talk it through, I'm here with practical, judgement-free support for that transition too.
